Mauricio Jiménez’s Career

Mauricio joined Gi Group Holding in 2015, specifically in our Wyser brand, where he has held various leadership roles. Since 2021, he has served as Managing Director and has recently also taken on the leadership of Grafton, consolidating his role in specialised talent acquisition.

Throughout his career, Mauricio has implemented innovative strategies in executive talent search, promoting practices that foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace. His focus on cultural transformation and his commitment to the sustainable development of the labour market have been key in positioning Wyser as a benchmark in the sector.

The prestigious ‘Most Influential in Human Resources’ ranking by RRHHDigital has named Mauricio among the most influential professionals in the sector in 2025. This recognition highlights his dedication and leadership in the Human Resources industry.
