Career and Leadership Experience
With nearly 20 years of experience, Pablo Ibáñez has proven his expertise in business development, headhunting, and organisational transformation.
He began his career at Accenture in the area of Talent & Organization Performance. Later, he took on the role of Business Consulting and International Development Director at Prowater Spain.
Since joining Wyser in 2017, he has been a key figure in the company’s growth, consolidating its leadership in executive search.
Education and Specialisation in Talent and Digitalisation
Pablo Ibáñez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics and International Business from Bentley University. He has specialised in Assessment & Development Center at the Garrigues Study Centre and in Executive Coaching at the European School of Coaching.
