It was highlighted that “The success of any business project is intrinsically linked to the capability of its leaders.” For this reason, more and more funds are opting to carry out strategic assessments during the Due Diligence phase, enabling them to fine-tune their decisions and minimise risk.

One of the key takeaways from the event was clear: “Board members with scars bring greater value.” Their experience serves as a guarantee for investors.

It was also emphasised that advisors who understand the CEO’s mindset and have in-depth knowledge of the sector are crucial in investment and transformation processes.
