Pablo holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Bentley University (Boston, MA). He is also an Executive Coach.
He has 16 years of professional experience divided into two stages: first at Accenture, specializing in change management projects, and at Prowater, leading the company’s internationalization.
The second stage spans more than 11 years in talent consulting. He joined Wyser Spain in 2017, where he is currently the Managing Partner of the Madrid office and specializes in financial roles, strategy consulting, and Human Resources.
After studying Biology, she completed further training in Labour Sciences, Labour Relations, and Human Resources. She has 16 years of experience in searching for middle management and executive profiles exclusively for the healthcare sector, including the medical technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and social and healthcare sub-sectors. She has complemented her background with the following certifications: Official ICAgile HR Certification, DISC Methodology, EQ-i, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) Certification.
She has extensive experience leading searches for General Management, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Institutional Relations and Market Access, R\&D, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory.
Thanks to her ability to understand culture and context, she has conducted talent searches for multinational companies, SMEs, startups, employers’ organizations, associations, and also for private equity funds.
Throughout her career, she has developed deep sector knowledge and a strong professional network. She specializes in aligning talent with business and company needs. She has also worked on projects involving organizational design, diversity and inclusion, training, succession planning, compensation studies, and climate/engagement surveys, among others. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
