With more than 16 years of experience in talent consulting and organizational leadership, Mauricio Jiménez leads Wyser’s operations in Spain. He specializes in Executive Search, heading the Board Access practice, and works across highly demanding sectors, entertainment, and organizational transformation from the perspective of leadership and talent strategy.
Throughout his career, he has worked with multinational companies and high-growth firms in sectors such as healthcare, technology, professional services, and industry, leading search processes for general management positions, executive committees, and governing bodies. He is a strong advocate of the connection between culture, leadership, and business results.
He holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, a Senior MBA from EPHOS Talento Farmacéutico, and completed the DIBEX program at ISDI. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Pablo holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Bentley University (Boston, MA). He is also an Executive Coach.
He has 16 years of professional experience divided into two stages: first at Accenture, specializing in change management projects, and at Prowater, leading the company’s internationalization.
The second stage spans more than 11 years in talent consulting. He joined Wyser Spain in 2017, where he is currently the Managing Partner of the Madrid office and specializes in financial roles, strategy consulting, and Human Resources.
After studying Biology, she completed further training in Labour Sciences, Labour Relations, and Human Resources. She has 16 years of experience in searching for middle management and executive profiles exclusively for the healthcare sector, including the medical technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and social and healthcare sub-sectors. She has complemented her background with the following certifications: Official ICAgile HR Certification, DISC Methodology, EQ-i, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) Certification.
She has extensive experience leading searches for General Management, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Institutional Relations and Market Access, R\&D, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory.
Thanks to her ability to understand culture and context, she has conducted talent searches for multinational companies, SMEs, startups, employers’ organizations, associations, and also for private equity funds.
Throughout her career, she has developed deep sector knowledge and a strong professional network. She specializes in aligning talent with business and company needs. She has also worked on projects involving organizational design, diversity and inclusion, training, succession planning, compensation studies, and climate/engagement surveys, among others. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Gonzalo Trigo, originally from Oviedo (Asturias), is an Industrial Engineer and holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance from IEB.
His professional career began in engineering, working at different multinationals. In 2018, he decided to make the move into consulting, joining an international executive search firm. There, he had the opportunity to lead various business units, consolidating teams specialized in engineering. Gonzalo stands out for his people orientation, excellence in process quality, and the building of long-term relationships with strategic clients and candidates.
Since 2022, Gonzalo has been Managing Partner of the Engineering Division at Wyser Spain, noted for his focus on people, process excellence, and long-term strategic relationships. He also works as an Advisor to the IMBA at IE and is a member of Nova Talent. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Graduate in Law and Political Science from UAM, admitted to the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid). After practising for eight years at a national law firm, she changed career direction and began her tenure at Wyser more than nine years ago.
Dedicated to senior legal profiles, both for law firms and in-house legal departments. Partner in the Tax and Legal Division at Wyser and a collaborator on Assessment and cultural transformation projects.
Sandra Pelayo, born in Santander, holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF with a specialization in Finance. She is a specialist in the search and selection of executive profiles. With nine years of professional experience in the high-level headhunting sector, she excels at aligning talent and translating business needs into human resources solutions.
Since 2023, Sandra has led the FMCG, Retail, Fashion & Luxury division at Wyser. She also holds a Mentoring Certification from the Global Learning Hub and is a Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. Sandra is a member of Women in Retail Spain (#WIR). She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
Nacho began his professional career while studying Sociology at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), working in the development management unit at a traditional bank.
For more than eight years, he has held key positions at leading multinationals, where he developed deep knowledge across various verticals, with a strong focus on the industrial sector.
With an extensive network that includes top-tier investor groups, he brings a strategic vision and a strong ability to identify talent in highly specialized markets. In July 2022, he joined Wyser Spain, where he currently leads the Industry division. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Iván, a graduate in Business Administration from CEU San Pablo University, has more than 15 years of experience in business strategy in the financial, services, and HR sectors.
A specialist in executive search, he is a Partner at Wyser and leads Interim Management, defining its strategy at the national level.
He is also a key reference in recruitment in Spain and Wyser’s representative in Aragon. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Graduate in Law from the University of Seville, he holds a Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
He began his professional career as an Associate at the American law firm Baker & McKenzie, where he provided labour/employment legal advice to national and international clients.
He subsequently developed his career in the recruitment consulting sector, holding management positions at multinationals such as Michael Page and Randstad Professionals, accumulating more than 13 years of experience providing talent solutions to organizations. He has extensive experience in corporate advisory, team management, commercial strategy, and business development.
Álvaro joined Wyser in November 2024 as Commercial and Operations Director, with the goal of positioning and developing the company in Spain. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
