Eduardo leads the Technology and Digital Transformation Practice, supporting companies (multinationals, mid-sized firms, and startups) in the search for executive profiles in the technology field. He also leads the HR Practice, focusing on the search for senior roles in that area across any industry.

Eduardo has 18 years of professional experience. Previously, he was Tech Talent Acquisition Manager for Amazon EMEA and led the Industry Practice at Korn Ferry Professional Search. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
