Alba holds a Degree in Human Resources and two Master’s degrees: one in Human Resources Management and another in Digital Marketing.

She specializes in Digital and Technological Talent, with over 12 years of experience in consulting, recruitment, and talent development. Since February 2026, she has led the Digital & Tech business at Wyser. She joined the firm after seven years leading recruitment teams specialized in digital and tech profiles, where she managed talent acquisition strategies and supervised the execution of end-to-end projects for clients undergoing digital transformation. Currently, she drives growth strategy, talent acquisition, and the consolidation of talent solutions for organizations in the midst of digital transformation.

Her career includes a key tenure at PwC, where she participated in HR consulting and talent management projects. During this time, she gained a comprehensive vision of business operations, organizational transformation, and people management within large corporations. This experience allowed her to develop a solid analytical and methodological foundation, oriented toward excellence in project execution.

Throughout her career, she has worked in headhunting and specialized consulting environments, managing end-to-end processes for digital, technological, and high-impact positions. Her approach combines strategic vision, deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem, and a strong focus on the client, results, and service quality. She was trained at leading institutions such as ESADE and The Valley Digital Business School, reinforcing her expertise in digital business, leadership, and talent management in environments of change.
