Pablo holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Bentley University (Boston, MA). He is also an Executive Coach.
He has 16 years of professional experience divided into two stages: first at Accenture, specializing in change management projects, and at Prowater, leading the company’s internationalization.
The second stage spans more than 11 years in talent consulting. He joined Wyser Spain in 2017, where he is currently the Managing Partner of the Madrid office and specializes in financial roles, strategy consulting, and Human Resources.
Jorge holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has a postgraduate degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of London.
He has more than eight years of experience in the financial and consulting sector. For five years, he worked in London in the investment team of IM Global Partner, a French investment fund with global operations. He has participated in projects in markets such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
In 2024, he joined the executive search sector, developing the financial services vertical, leading search and selection processes for executive talent for financial sector entities, focusing on Private Equity, Asset Managers, and Corporate Banking.
He has also worked as a consultant for the banking and insurance sector in multinationals such as Accenture and El Corte Inglés Seguros.
Jorge joins Wyser in January 2026 to lead the financial services area. He speaks Spanish and English fluently.
