Purpose:
 Under the direction of the Health Economics & Pricing Assoc. Director (H/O), this individual will be responsible for define and implement strategies and tactical plans, ensuring prize and reimbursement optimization of Celgene therapies in Hem/Onc area. This person will provide support to all local functions as needed, ensuring adequate support to market access issues.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 • Contribute to projects development and product’s value proposition generated by the international team, providing the Spanish market perspective.
• Identification of payor needs (unmet medical need, suitable comparators and competitive space) and anticipation of their reaction to Clients products.
• Conduct gap analyses between payer expectations and what the product can deliver
• To have a thorough understanding of the Health and Pharmacy Policy of the government in order to analyze the impact in  Clients products and to anticipate the consequences for the company and guarantee an adequate access to the market of  Clients products
• Implement the national strategy of P&R, generating evidence and required documentation to submit to the National and Regional HA, to the Health Technology Assessment, Evaluations Commissions, Hospital Pharmacy and whatever entity in which the medicines are evaluated (value dossier, budget impact and cost-effectiveness studies)
• Generate economical evidence, developing materials for regional and hospital assessments.
• Support sales team and colleagues to disseminate economical evidence of our products.
• Compliance with Quality and Environment Policies.
• Act according the Manual of Good environmental practices and segregate waste materials of the job properly.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
• Educational Background and Complementary Knowledge.
• Degree in science, pharmacy, medicine or advance degree on economics, health economics, health policy or equivalent. A PhD will be an asset in this position.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is required.
• Computer Literature: Proficiency Knowledge at user level of Microsoft Office.
Work Experience:
 • 5 years significant working experience in the health care field, including significant experience in pricing, reimbursement, outcomes research or health economics, in the pharmaceutical areas of Hem/Oncologyor or other innovative and complex treatments.
• Desirable established and extensive network of local payer contacts (pricing, reimbursement, policy, insurance) and KOLs.
Skills:
 • Has competitive intelligence, identifies early opportunities and threats in the market and creates solutions to benefit from opportunities and to disarm threats
• Has ability to identify key product advantages in the context of market requirements and provides key ideas for developing individual value stories around Clients ’s products
• Can develop a clear understanding of the company’s financial goals, with a clear ability to prioritize, setting up timelines on an international level
• Can effectively liaise with  Clients local Medical Affairs and Marketing teams, as well as Clients European Market Access team, ensuring regular information updates
• As a representative to key constituents, good social / economic skills and a representative appearance is absolutely essential
• Has excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical content in a convincing way to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel.
