Job Description:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Spain) for a successful, fast growing, six year old company operating within the Fertility Industry.


Skills & Competencies


You will be, or have, the following:


- Existing relationships with players in the Spanish fertility market.

- Experience creating market strategies and tactics.

- An understanding of the principle around business development and relationship management.

- Able to understand and interpret management information and accounts.

- Experience of commercial negotiations and deal-making.

- Driven by the feeling of success associated with growing a company.

- Able to speak and write confidently in English.


Duties


- Keep and increase the existing clinic base in Spain.

- Identifying key clinic targets.

- Creating clinic strategies and tactics to achieve growth targets.

- Presenting to clinics to encourage their partnership with Access Fertility.

- Monthly reporting progress.

- Preparing fees and negotiating terms with clinics.

- Building relationships with key decision makers.

- Supporting established clinic partners to help them optimise performance.

- Co-ordinating launch of new clinic partnerships.

- Co-ordinating the local Spanish Team, helping to develop, guide and coach the Assistant Clinics Manager.
