Responsable Intercompany - Contabilidad

Job Description:

The main responsibilities of the selected candidate will be:

• Analyze information for Intercompany balances within all the group companies to ensure correctness and alignment with underlying processes.
• Ensure transfer pricing policy implementation in the intercompany invoicing process
• Act as key point of contact for finance teams on TP
• Develop stand-alone analysis, economic and from corporate perspective on new entities and define appropriate processes and economic flows.
• Ensure the integration of new companies into defined ICO and TP processes
• Facilitate implementation of new tools (SAP Hana) and processes within the scope of integration of new legal entities to the Group.
• Manage the intercompany reconciliation tool (Cadency).
• Participate in the monthly closing activities.
• Internal controls monthly follow up and improvement (SOX).
• Interact with internal and external auditors as necessary.
• System implementation and maintenance for all the underlying processes intercompany and Transfer Pricing related
• Lead processes and activities handled by BPO related to intercompany transactions
• Stablish strong relationship with Finance Managers of each international location (14 countries)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• More than 5-10 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
• Knowledge PGC and IFRS standards.
• Transfer pricing rules expert.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Hana
• Skilled with excel.
• Previous experience in multicultural or international environment
